1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the App, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
You have read, understood, and accepted these ToS and our Privacy Policy.

Pelzo provides:
AI-generated character interactions for entertainment and social engagement.
User-generated content (e.g., chat logs, profiles) subject to moderation.
Optional premium features (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases).
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Not misuse the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes (e.g., harassment, spam).

4. AI Interactions & Limitations
AI characters are fictional; their responses are algorithmically generated and not human.
The App does not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or emotional safety in AI outputs.

Users retain rights to their original content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for service operation.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Premium features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless legally mandated.
Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled via your device’s store settings.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice.
